Laurence Bowers is a former professional basketball player and committed community leader who serves as the Co-Founder and President of E3 Sports Foundation. He leads the organization’s mission to expand access to sports participation for young athletes who face financial barriers. Through scholarships, resources, and high-quality athletic experiences, Laurence helps ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive through sport.
For more than a decade, Laurence has dedicated his time to coaching, mentoring, and creating programs that build confidence, character, and inclusivity. He works closely with community partners, local leaders, and families to provide meaningful opportunities that shape both athletic and personal development. His passion for service reflects his own journey from Memphis to the University of Missouri to a professional basketball career overseas.
Laurence continues to use his platform to uplift youth and promote equitable access to sports, focusing on helping the next generation discover their potential and succeed on and off the court.
Feven Bowers is a dedicated community leader with more than a decade of experience in outreach and sports management. As the Co-Founder and Vice President of E3 Sports Foundation, she plays a vital role in expanding access to sports for young athletes who face financial or structural barriers. Feven is instrumental in building strong partnerships with nonprofits, businesses, national corporations, and sports organizations, helping strengthen the Foundation’s reach and long-term impact.
She leads the design and implementation of E3’s key outreach initiatives, including the E3 Sports Foundation Scholarship Program and a variety of community sports events powered by the organization. Feven is known for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment at every camp and program, ensuring that all young athletes feel supported and encouraged. Her commitment to youth development and community well-being is central to E3’s mission and continues to shape the lives of children and families the Foundation serves.
Tami Chievous is a seasoned athletics administrator and community leader who serves as the Secretary of E3 Sports Foundation. She is the Executive Athletics Director for Academic Services at the University of Missouri, where she supports the academic success of more than 500 student-athletes and provides leadership for the women’s basketball program. With over 20 years of experience in collegiate athletics, she has helped drive meaningful progress in student-athlete development, academic achievement, and campus engagement.
Tami’s commitment to service extends throughout the community. She has coached youth basketball at multiple levels, served as President of the School Board at Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School, and directed an AAU basketball program for five years. She also serves on the boards of the Women’s Intersport Network and the Carroll Family Foundation.
A graduate of Fort Hays State University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Tami continues to champion educational access, leadership development, and opportunities for young people through her work with E3 Sports Foundation.
Kerrie holds a social work degree from Central Missouri State University and has built a career spanning mental health, youth services, fundraising, and community engagement. After moving to Columbia 28 years ago, she combined direct service work with a long history of volunteer mentoring.
Her nonprofit career includes roles in program management, events, corporate partnerships, and major gifts, supported by advanced training in philanthropy. She has also expanded into marketing and community outreach, advising local organizations and businesses.
An active community leader, Kerrie has served on multiple boards and earned recognition for her professional and volunteer contributions. She remains committed to collaborative, forward-thinking efforts that strengthen resources for nonprofits across the region.
Dr. De’Vion Moore is a dedicated educational leader and former Division I athlete who brings more than a decade of experience in K–12 leadership to his role with E3 Sports Foundation. He has served as a learning specialist, principal, assistant superintendent, and most recently as Chief Academic Officer for Columbia Public Schools. He now continues his work supporting student success and academic advancement in Jefferson City.
A recipient of COMO Magazine’s “20 Under 40” recognition, Dr. Moore is widely respected for his commitment to youth development and community service. He also founded ICONS Football, a competitive youth football organization that focuses on character, leadership, and building strong foundations for young athletes.
Dr. Moore earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. His passion for empowering young people and expanding opportunities aligns closely with E3’s mission and strengthens the Foundation’s impact in the community.
Myles Christian is a dedicated educator and coach at Southaven Middle School and a summer league baseball coach for Big League Baseball. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Delta State University and was drafted out of Olive Branch High School by the Seattle Mariners in 2018. Continuing his academic and athletic career at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Myles played as a shortstop and center fielder. In high school, he excelled as a three-sport athlete and became a standout in Division I baseball.
Myles' impressive baseball career includes being a Rawlings Golden Glove winner and an All-American with Perfect Game and Conference USA. During college, he set the home run record in the Coastal Plain League (CPL) and was named Player of the Year in 2018. He also competed against Team USA in Cary, NC, participating in the home run derby. Myles is passionate about helping students and athletes reach their full potential at E3.
